    With over twenty-five years of experience in international exchange and collaboration, Nelson Lee uses his connections throughout the world to lead STCC as President and Managing Partner. Since Mr. Lee founded STCC in 2011, he has used his expertise to foster relationships between Chinese and international enterprises.

    During his tenure as President, Mr. Lee has used his vision of international cooperation and business exchange to grow STCC, which is headquartered in the US with four offices and an industrial park in China. Through his important connections across sectors in China, Mr. Lee has created one of the famous consulting firms in the industry with proven results in international deal-making.

    In 2000 Nelson Lee founded Sunels International Inc., STCC’s parent company, which provides consulting and training services for Chinese officials doing business in America and American officials doing business in China. Sunels International Inc. has worked with Chinese officials, Chinese business executives, Chinese educational agencies, and groups from the US, Canada, Australia, South America, and Europe. To promote further educational exchanges between the US and China, Mr. Lee founded the US-China Century Education Group in 2009. Based on these cultural exchanges, Mr. Lee is recognized both in China and the US as one of the leading people working on business relationships between the two countries.

    Before the founding of Sunels International Inc., Mr. Lee held senior executive positions at CIIC and William B. May International. In those positions, he managed large teams and excelled in negotiations and international deal-making.

    Mr. Lee’s career began as a diplomat in the Chinese government. During his time in government, he was stationed in Chinese Embassies in Africa, Asia, and America. Mr. Lee played an important role in the negotiations between China and the US on deals such as the Most Favored Nation (MFN) status and IPR. He gained a reputation as a skilled and competent negotiator during this time. In 1995, he left the government to pursue his career in business, taking his experiences in negotiating and forming international relationships with him.

    George Donohue uses his expertise in management, negotiation, start-ups, mergers & acquisitions, and expansions to steer Sunels Tech & Capital Corporation toward the future. Mr. Donohue is responsible for the strategic planning of STCC, and is always thinking of ways to improve the company’s services and client support systems.

    With over 30 years of experience in real estate and executive management, Mr. Donohue is hailed as one of the nation’s famous negotiators. He has negotiated with top executives from companies like Merrill Lynch, Bank of America, JP Morgan Chase, and many others. He has also created deals with the Bank of Tokyo, the Bank of Taiwan, and the Japanese and Russian governments. He has appeared in media outlets such as The New York Times, Smart Money Magazine and Crain’s New York Business as one of the nation’s leaders in negotiation.

    In addition to his tenure as President of International Properties Group, Mr. Donohue served as the General Manager of the World Trade Center in New York City where he managed a portfolio of 3.5 billion dollars and utilized his expert understanding of negotiating with people from a range of cultural backgrounds. For over 30 years, Mr. Donohue has led top real estate projects and companies overseeing thousands of transactions.

    With a deep understanding of global business, Mr. Donohue uses his experiences and cultural nuance to excel in international negotiations. He is conversant in Spanish and Japanese and has been asked to lecture to both European and Asian audiences.

    Mr. Donohue shares his expertise with others through his best-selling book, Real Estate Dealmaking: An Investor’s Guide to Negotiating which was listed as one of the top 10 real estate books in the US by the Boston Globe, the Chicago Tribune, the Miami Herald, and 47 other major publications. He uses his knowledge and public speaking skills as a guest lecturer at private companies, government agencies, and Universities such as Harvard Business School and MIT’s Sloan School of Business, and professional events such as the Boston Landlord and Investors Group and various New York real estate groups.

    Mr. Donohue has donated his time by sitting on the board of directors for the National Kidney Foundation. He is also a member of several professional organizations and chambers of commerce such as CoreNet Global, The Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and various Chambers of Commerce.

    Mr. Donohue holds an Associate’s Degree in construction management from NYU and a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from New York Institute of Technology. Mr. Donohue returned to NYU, graduating magna cum laude with a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development and Finance.

    Mr. Radhuber is a senior managing executive for Sunels Tech & Capital Corporation where he is dedicated to providing value propositions and return on investment for his clients. Mr. Radhuber brings years of sales experience and a deep understanding of the market to his position at STCC.

    Before joining STCC, Mr. Radhuber headed the Special Assignments Division at International Properties Group, where he marketed distressed assets with key asset and business evaluations. Mr. Radhuber is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the states of New York and New Jersey where he has focused on commercial real estate and business transactions since 2002. Mr. Radhuber shares his expertise in real estate as a Licensed Real Estate Instructor for the State of New Jersey
    in commercial real estate. He is recognized for Trustee assignments by the Unified Court System of the State of New York for real estate brokerage and property management.

    Prior to his real estate career, Mr. Radhuber was a successful software marketing executive for national and international firms, selling Business Intelligence and CRM solutions to the “Global 2000.” He achieved an outstanding record of revenue growth and account development in the business-to-business arena.

    Mr. Radhuber is a member of the Turnaround Management Association, the National and New Jersey Associations of Realtors, and the MORR CII committee for commercial real estate. He served his town for 10 years as a member of the Historical Commission. Mr. Radhuber also worked as an instructor for the Princeton Review for 6 years. Mr. Radhuber holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Colgate University, where he was an honors member of the London Studies Group.

    As Managing Director at Sunels, Richard Martin draws upon his broad experiences to engage and negotiate with clients. Mr. Martin excels in his ability to bring together American and Chinese companies to enhance profitability and increase U.S. exports to China.

    Richard Martin is an experienced entrepreneur with over 30 years of diverse experience in the business world. Launching his career in the foreign securities division of Merrill Lynch, Mr. Martin directed trading operations for the Pacific Rim region, including Hong Kong, Singapore, Philippines, Taiwan, Kuala Lumpur, Indonesia, and Australia. He was also a strategic member of the “October 1987 Market Crash” Recovery Team for the firm.

    Following his time on Wall Street, Mr. Martin then projected into the self-employed realm. Launching his own Start-up business that incorporated a diverse strategic model of senior management and liaison capabilities, he excelled in sales and product development. Mr. Martin then continued into the global cash logistics industry, rising to the position of
    Regional Vice President, Northeast at a leading armored car company, commanding great responsibility and success in his ever-evolving career. These successes included doubling regional revenue for the cash vaults, streamlining operational processes, ensuring compliance with multiple layers of government regulations, and spearheading the acquisition of regional competitors. Richard’s negotiation skills enabled him to add many large commercial customers,
    government agencies, and banks to his firm’s portfolio, distinguishing himself as one of the company’s consistent top performers.

    Mr. Martin is also a volunteer firefighter, the second of three generations. He has twenty-five years of service to his community, serving as firefighter in engine, aerial truck, and rescue operations. He has also held management positions as an engineer, Vice President, Financial Secretary, and Treasurer for his department. Richard is a graduate of Central Connecticut State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Marketing. He has completed post graduate work in International Business.

    William Coluccio (Bill) uses his experience and expertise to handle the Mergers and Acquisitions department of STCC. Mr. Coluccio has connections and successes across different Merger and Acquisition types and industries so that he can get the best deal for any client.

    Mr. Coluccio is currently the CEO and President of Amdel Associates Inc., a boutique Investment Banking Firm with offices in New Jersey and New York, whose client base includes public and private companies in the U.S.A., Japan, and Europe seeking all levels of Merger and Acquisition services. Mr. Coluccio has raised significant equity capital and successfully negotiated and structured the purchase and/or sale of many privately held businesses in the $20 million to $900 million valuation range.

    Prior to founding Amdel, Mr. Coluccio served as Sr. Vice President of the Americas Division Headquarters of Mitsui Bank, and was responsible for all Merger and Acquisition transactions involving the bank’s Japan based clients purchasing and/or joint venturing with US based companies.

    Early in his career, Mr. Coluccio held a series of Senior Executive positions at major corporations including; Sr. Managing Director for Accenture, Managing Director for KPMG, Director of M&A at the Geneva Corporation, and Assistant Controller and International Tax Manager for Philip Morris Companies.

    As the author of multiple articles on such topics as Japanese mergers and acquisitions, succession planning of privately owned companies, and estate tax planning, Mr. Coluccio has been interviewed and/or quoted in Fortune Magazine, The Wall Street Journal, The N.Y. Times,The Japan M&A Reporter, and the Los Angeles Daily Journal-Law Business.

    Mr. Coluccio received a BBA degree in Accounting and Finance from The Lubin School of Business at Pace University and an MBA degree in Taxation from the Pace University Graduate School. He is a registered securities representative holding series 7,6,66, 65, and 63 licenses. He lives in Holmdel, New Jersey, and enjoys spending time with his three grown children, and his two adorable granddaughters

    Wendy Hu uses her expertise in project management, mergers & acquisitions, and business consulting to help clients become familiar with STCC’s services, understand the business environment in China, and eventually find their niche in the Chinese market to grow their profits.

    As a fluent speaker of both English and Chinese, Ms. Hu is responsible for communications between China and America. She fosters relationships between Chinese and American firms by helping them to understand each other and assisting in navigating any cultural differences. With her deep understanding of global business, Ms. Hu has introduced many companies to the Chinese market, including American high-tech companies, Israeli robotic companies and
    European food companies.

    Ms. Hu is a member of several professional organizations and Chambers of Commerce, including the Project Management Charter, the American Food & Beverage Association, the Brewers Association, and various Chambers of Commerce. Her status in these organizations, helps to increase Ms. Hu’s connectivity throughout industries and markets.

    Wendy Hu holds a bachelor’s degree in both Economics and Chemical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University. She returned to Case Western to earn her master’s Degree in Engineering and Management.
